Return Policy

General Information:

Your bookstore is committed to making your shopping both easy and pleasurable. If you need to return a book or general merchandise item please read the following:

All returns must be accompanied with the original sales receipt. Online purchases will come with paperwork that serves as your receipt.
General merchandise items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in salable condition and remain in original, unbroken packaging.
Software is not returnable.
New textbooks being returned or exchanged must be unused and in the original packaging. New textbooks must be free of any markings, writing and damage such as creased or torn pages or covers.
Textbooks that were purchased used must be returned free from any water or moisture damage; including mold or mildew.
Textbooks may only be returned at the beginning of the quarter.

For the 1st through 5th day of the current quarter textbooks may be returned for a full refund when accompanied by receipt.
For the 6th through 10th day of the current quarter textbooks may be returned for a full refund when accompanied by receipt AND an updated class schedule showing that the class was dropped.
From the 11th day of the current quarter onwards textbooks are not returnable, regardless of when they were purchased.

Online Returns:

If you have purchased from our website and need to make a return you may either bring your product directly to the store or ship it to us. Please note the following:

The paperwork included with your online purchase serves as your sales receipt and must be included with your return.
All return/exchange policies must be followed. If the return does not meet these requirements we will not be able to credit you. Should that be the case you will be notified and given 2 weeks to instruct us what to do with the books.
Since we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses caused from shipping your return we recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping your books and purchase insurance on the books for their value.
